Returns and Exchanges
Nogentknives.com can accommodate returns for new and unused knives within 45 days of delivery except for these few conditions unless the item was purchased as a final sale. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or via online store credit, less any shipping fees.
Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and the original order number is provided. Nogentknives.com reserves the right to adjust your return method and return resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender. Nogentknives.com does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased from other retailers. Nogentknives.com also reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
Please review our Return Options and fill out this form. Accordingly, our team will process your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number as well as all other information concerning the request.

Was your Nogent not what you were expecting? Odds are we have the perfect Nogent piece for you.
- You will receive a gift card to nogentknives.com for the full value of the subtotal of the items that you are returning
- You will receive a gift card to make your exchange purchase as soon as your return has been tendered to the courier
- Gift cards cannot be split or converted to cash or credit to original payment.
Refund to Credit Card
You will be provided with a return label and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. We are unable to provide free return labels for your standard returns being refunded to your credit card.
- If you paid with a Credit Card, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost + return shipping costs) will be refunded to your credit card (please allow 3-5 days for this to post to your account). If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.
- Returns will be processed within 10 days of your return being delivered. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Mistakes sometimes happen, although we strive to make these few and far in between. If an item in your order was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will send you the right item or a replacement and provide you with a return slip at no cost to you.
